All content on this site — including logos, images, and text — is the property of Thestylishfly and may not be reproduced without permission.

All prices listed on Thestylishfly are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable, unless stated otherwise at checkout. The applicable GST is included in the final order total shown on your invoice.

Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed (or a cash-on-delivery order is verified). You will receive an order confirmation with your order number and details via email and/or SMS.

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders faster; remote locations may take the full estimated window.

Pre-order items ship within 7–10 days as indicated on the product page. You will receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order ships.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window on all unworn items with original tags intact, counted from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, log in to your account and raise a return request, or contact our support team with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection, and are credited to the original payment method. Items marked 'Final Sale' and fabric sold by the meter are not eligible for return or exchange.

The purpose of the ₹9 offer is simple — it was created so that everyone gets to experience the quality of Thestylishfly products at just ₹9. Because of this, the offer is strictly limited to ONE claim per person. One customer may purchase the promotional item only once, regardless of how it is offered.

The following actions are NOT allowed and violate this offer: placing multiple orders using different email IDs, phone numbers, or account logins; placing repeat orders to the same delivery address or pincode; ordering on behalf of friends/family to claim the offer multiple times; or using any method to bypass the one-per-person limit.

All promotional orders are automatically and manually verified against customer name, email, phone number and delivery address. If duplicate or suspicious orders are detected, only the FIRST eligible order will be shipped. All additional orders will be placed under review and cancelled; any amount paid for cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Thestylishfly reserves the right to cancel any promotional order, block accounts, or refuse service where offer misuse is detected, without prior notice. Promotional items are otherwise subject to our standard return and refund policy.
